SARVVM Warranty

Every device sold on SARVVM is covered under our warranty (12 months for Iphones and Androids). The SARVVM warranty covers any technical and mechanical issues with the phone, such as problems with the camera, microphone, speakers, etc. -For security purposes, we kindly request customers to erase all personal data from the device before handing it over to the pickup agent. -Please note that SARVVM will not be liable for any data loss or mishandling once the device has been collected.

Warranty Terms:

  • The warranty period is 12 months for main device and 6 months for battery, charger and data cable from the purchase/ invoice date.

  • To claim your rights of return and replacement, a valid proof of purchase means Invoice copy.

  • For other elements of the product (such as warranty card, etc.), our company does not undertake any responsibility of return, replacement or warranty.

Warranty Repair Instructions:

  • Warranty repair only applies to devices being used in normal conditions.

  • Defects or damage resulting from man-made damages, accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use are not covered.

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents, is not covered unless failure has occurred due to defect in material.

  • Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch panel are not covered.

  • Devices with removed, defaced, damaged, altered or illegible IMEI/serial numbers are not covered.

  • Ordinary wear and tear is not covered.

  • Defects or damage resulting from use with non-approved accessories are not covered.

  • Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or service are not covered.

  • Damage from external causes like collision, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, theft, blown fuse, or improper electrical use is not covered.

  • Repairs conducted by unofficial repair centres void the warranty.

  • If the handset is rooted by the user, it voids the warranty.

  • Devices that have exceeded the standard warranty duration are not covered.

Sending the Device for Repair and Taking It Back:

  • Complete the Warranty Claim Form with clear and valid information.

  • Back up all important information before sending your device for repair.

  • Sign out of all IDs (device ID, email ID, etc.) before sending the device.

  • Make a clear video and take pictures of the device from every side before sending.

  • Pickup generation may take time; customers can send the device themselves for faster service but bear the risk of damage.

What is not covered in the warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear or accidental handling damage.

  • Non-operating and cosmetic defects.

  • Damage from unauthorized repair, theft, natural disasters, abuse, misuse, or negligence.

  • Use of non-approved accessories or incorrect electrical connections.

  • Damage from experiments or alterations.

  • Devices with removed or defaced serial numbers.

  • Recalls or modifications to the Device.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide a copy of your Device's proof of purchase when requested.

  • Provide information about the reasons and causes of the defect.

  • Make sure to backup software and data residing on the Device.

  • For security purposes, we kindly request customers to erase all personal data from the device before handing it over to the pickup agent.

  • Please note that SARVVM will not be liable for any data loss or mishandling once the device has been collected.

Additional Information

  • SARVVM may delete contents and reformat storage media during service if necessary.

  • SARVVM will return your Device as originally configured, subject to updates.

  • Latest software updates may be installed, preventing reverting to earlier OS versions.

  • You are responsible for reinstalling other software, data, and passwords.

  • SARVVM is not responsible for third-party app compatibility after OS updates.
